ABOUT ELEFTHERIA
Eleftheria is a fitness professional based in Greece and specifically in Athens.
She was a gymnast at a young age, but later in life, strength training won her over. She loves mountain hiking, traveling and nature.
Eleftheria has been working as a fitness trainer since 2019. During these years she worked in various gyms. In 2021 she decided to work as a personal trainer because of her willingness to help people to build a strong and healthy body outside of the gym and empower outdoor athletes to reach their full potential by providing them with knowledge and tools and support they need for their adventures.
Eleftheria used several methods in her training until she was introduced to Animal Movement and Kettlebells. From that moment on, she knew that she had found exactly what she was looking for in an approach to fitness. She discovered a whole new world in the fitness industry where strength meets mobility and flexibility.
All the important elements that a body needs from everyday life to sports.
Eleftheria focuses on building strength from the ground up by creating a strong foundation of movement quality.
To this day she continues to learn and attend as many seminars and workshops as possible to provide the best results for her clients.
Why Kettlebells ?
Why Animal Movement ?
Animal movement is a form of fitness that involves moving as our ancestors once did. They crawled, climbed, jumped, walked, and squatted as part of their daily lives. The concept of primal fitness is to move as our bodies have evolved. We go back to the time when we were children and when we learned our motor-driven and neurologic patterns, the fundamental movement patterns. At that age, each movement had to offer higher mobility and stability. We moved on a lower level to gradually improve our movement quality for the next level (upright posture).
Ground-based exercises are a beneficial alternative for every training program. Animal movement include postures and movements of our early childhood, such as crawling and movement patterns from the animal world, such as crabs, monkeys, or lizards. It’s the re-learning of previously known movement patterns.
