You will get gain many of the same pay-offs you’d get from in-person personal training and be more cost effective, be able to do your workouts anywhere, even if you only have 20 or 40 minutes to spare and still get a workout tailored to you.
We start where you are in your fitness level and progress through a customized workout plan based on your individual needs and goals. Age, fitness level, injury and health history are all taken into consideration.I will design a monthly training programme, based on your needs and goals, and send it to you electronically as a pdf, word or excel file along with written instructions and video of the training.
You have access to these files either through your e-mail or your social media profile. Your part is to follow the instructions and recommendations and carry out your fitness programme at home, gym or in a place of your choice.
Round-the-clock support is provided, ensuring guidance and assistance whenever needed and through weekly zoom calls you receive personalized instruction, technique refinement and progress tracking.
